Who We Are
Jason Wong is a Washington State licensed attorney, and manages day-to-day operations of the Firearms Law Group.
Currently a member of the National Defense Industry Association (NDIA) Small Arms Committee, Jason has been published in Small Arms Defense Journal, Small Arms Review, Guns and Weapons for Law Enforcement, and Combat Handgun on a variety of firearm related issues. In addition, he has been interviewed as a pro-gun expert on local radio and television.
Prior to attending law school, Jason gained legislative experience as a staff assistant for Senator Daniel K. Inouye, U.S. Senator for the State of Hawaii.
Jason attended the University of Hawaii, where he earned a Bachelors degree in Fine Art. He later attended Seattle University, where he earned a Juris Doctor degree and a Masters degree in Business Administration.
Formerly a Captain in the U.S. Army Reserve, Jason was assigned to the U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne) as an Army Judge Advocate. Jason also deployed to Iraq as a First Lieutenant in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF III) with the Third Infantry Division. While deployed, 1LT Wong earned a Meritorious Service Medal and a Combat Action Badge. Jason has been shooting since the, age of 14, and continues to enjoy shooting black rifles and Title 2 firearms on a regular basis.

Nick Davitian of Krupnick Campbell is licensed within the District of Columbia, and attends to matters within the District of Columbia.
Nick spent many years living in Italy and in other European countries where his mother was employed by the United Nations. Having a lifelong love of aircraft, Nick joined the Army and trained at the U.S. Army Aviation Training Center at Fort Rucker, Alabama, where he obtained extensive experience in the repair and maintenance of all types of military and civilian aircraft.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Nick attended Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida, majoring in Aeronautical Engineering and Maintenance Technologies. During his tenure at Embry Riddle, Nick served with the 347th Medical Detachment of the U.S. Army Reserve and was activated during the Gulf War. Nick later transferred to Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and a Master's Degree in Business Administration. In 2000, Nick graduated with a law degree from the Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law Center.
